Coros Pace 4 vs Coros Pace Pro
Pace Pro adds real offline maps on top of everything that makes the Pace 4 good, but it's worth noting the Pace 4 actually holds a higher user rating, so this isn't an automatic upgrade.
CorosCoros Pace 4
CorosCoros Pace Pro
- •You run the same routes and don't need onboard navigation
- •You want Coros' best-reviewed watch in this lineup, not just the newer one
- •You explore new routes or trails and want real maps on your wrist
- •The extra $50 for navigation is worth it even with a slightly lower rating
At 40 grams with a bright AMOLED screen, dual-band GPS, and 41 hours of GPS battery, the Pace 4 punches well above its $249 price. A recent firmware update added offline maps, closing the biggest gap between it and pricier watches, while it still skips deep smartwatch extras to stay focused on being an excellent, lightweight training tool.
Pace Pro keeps everything that makes the Pace line great and adds real navigation, making it the pick for runners who occasionally explore new routes or trails. Still light, still focused, just a bit more capable.
