How We Use Your Information

Newsletter subscribers:

We use your name and email address to send you our monthly newsletter. We will never sell your email address or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

Training plan data:

Your race time and training preferences are used solely to generate your personalized training plan. This data is stored temporarily in your browser session and is not saved to our servers or linked to your identity.

Analytics:

We use Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This data is aggregated and anonymous. We use it to improve the site and its content. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Email Service

We use Resend to manage our newsletter list and send emails. Your name and email address are stored securely with Resend. You can review Resend's privacy policy at resend.com/privacy.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies to track sessions and page views. Vercel Analytics is designed to be privacy friendly and does not use cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to the policies of Vercel and Google. We do not retain training plan data on our servers.

Our articles contain affiliate links to Amazon and other retailers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. When you click an affiliate link and visit a third party site, their privacy policy applies.

Children

PR Nerd is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
