Amazfit T-Rex 3 vs Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro
The Pro is the same core watch with better materials: a Grade 5 titanium bezel, sapphire glass, a brighter 3,000-nit display, a flashlight, a smaller 44mm option, and scuba diving certification, for over $100 more. It's also 13 grams lighter. The regular T-Rex 3 has slightly more GPS battery (42 hours versus 38), so it's the value pick.

AmazfitAmazfit T-Rex 3 Pro
- •You want the cheapest rugged Amazfit with maps and dual-band GPS
- •Titanium, sapphire, and a flashlight aren't worth over $100 to you
- •You want a lighter titanium-and-sapphire build with a flashlight and a 44mm option
- •Scuba certification and a brighter screen matter to you
The T-Rex 3 packs a 2,000-nit AMOLED display, dual-band GPS with offline maps, and 27 days of typical battery life into a MIL-STD-810G rugged case, all for a fraction of what Garmin or Suunto charge for similar durability. It won't match a Fenix's ecosystem depth, but as a budget alternative to the outdoor flagships, it's hard to beat.
The T-Rex 3 Pro adds a Grade 5 titanium bezel and buttons, sapphire glass, a 3,000-nit AMOLED display, a dual-color LED flashlight, and a speaker for Bluetooth calls to Amazfit's rugged line, and it's the first T-Rex in a smaller 44mm size. You still get dual-band GPS, offline maps, 10 ATM water resistance with diving to 45 meters, and up to 25 days of battery on the 48mm model. It costs over $100 more than the regular T-Rex 3, and like the rest of Amazfit's lineup it has no ECG.
