Find Your Running Podcast: A Tool, Not Another Top 10 List
Skip the generic 'best running podcasts' roundup. Answer three questions and get matched to a show that actually fits your training, your experience level, and what you actually want in your ears.
Every "best running podcasts" list reads the same. Ten shows, one paragraph each, ranked by absolutely nothing in particular. They're not wrong, exactly, most of the shows on those lists are genuinely good. The problem is none of them tell you which one is good for you, and the answer to that depends on stuff a static list can't know: are you training for your first half or your tenth marathon, do you want the science or the story, are you here for shoes or for splits.
So instead of another list, here's a tool. Answer three quick questions and it'll match you to two or three shows worth your next long run. Or skip straight to the full lineup below if you'd rather just browse.

A Few Notes on How I Picked These
I'm not the biggest podcast guy myself, if I had to pick one, it's Tread Lightly, mostly because Amanda Brooks and Laura Norris don't waste my time with vague motivational fluff, they just tell me what the research says. But that's my pick, not necessarily yours, which is the whole point of building the matcher instead of just telling you my favorite and calling it a day. I do listen to other podcasts occasionally, particularly gear related podcasts like The Drop.
If you know of a show that deserves a spot here, especially something newer or more niche, let me know and I'll add it.
