The Pace 4 Pro undercuts the 570 by $100 while matching it on ECG-level heart sensing, and adds something the 570 doesn't have at any price: real offline maps. The 570's ECG sensor is technically the same hardware, Garmin just hasn't enabled it in firmware.

The Pace 4 Pro takes everything that made the Pace 4 popular, dual-band GPS, EvoLab's full training suite, a genuinely light build, and adds the two features Coros has never offered before: a real ECG sensor and a built-in speaker for hands-free calls. A titanium bezel, sapphire glass, and a much brighter 3,500-nit display round out the jump. It still skips NFC payments and streaming music, and at 5 ATM it's not meant for diving, but at $449 it's undercutting Garmin's closest ECG-capable rival by $300.
The 570 layers a speaker, microphone, and voice assistant onto Garmin's mid-range running watch, closing some of the gap with true smartwatches. It's a genuinely nice watch, just priced close enough to the 970 that it's worth comparing both before buying.
